We do produce and work on behalf of third parties sections of uppers, flaps and shoestraps. Through H.F. and silk-screen printing, with or without the use of the contact fastening (commonly named VELCRO from the name of the best original product).

“Gonfietti” (sandwiches of soft materials): by this name we do describe the production of those items usually applied on working, rain or child’s boots as well as on sea-slippers, as a trademark or just in order to make them more pleasant and attractive. They can be swollen or even flat, coloured and decorated, complete with glue to be hot applied. The added value is even higher than the unitary piece cost…

Labels made of electrostatic material. They can be positioned within the injection mould in order have it filled up without their moving over: highly decorative, no doubt to be used in several sectors.

Inflatable items for boots in hf welded PVC or PU

For the final packaging in its box, each boot needs an internal support in order to avoid any possible deformation. Any time a high class article is concerned, we do produce an inflatable item starting from the boot exact shape: this article has unique features concerning both its use (it has a flap for its extraction) and its production (it is possible to spare the valve).
